Our next WOW Wine Dinner will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM in the multi-purpose event room at RSM at the Spectrum Terrace in Irvine.

The theme for this evening’s event is “The Exceptional Alma Rosa Wines from Santa Rita Hills."

Richard Sanford is the Founder & Winery Ambassador for Alma Rosa. Richard is iconic in the industry as founder of Sanford Winery and planted the first Pinot Noir grapes in SRH at the world renown Sanford & Benedict vineyard. Additionally, he is responsible for planting the La Rinconada and La Encantada Vineyards. All of these are now considered part of the “Grand Cru” vineyards in Santa Barbara County.

We are excited and honored to have join us from the winery Stefan Matulich and JJ Foster. Stefan  is President of Alma Rosa Wines and JJ serves as Sales & Hospitality Manager. Both have extensive experience in the wine industry as well as with their leadership roles at the winery.

Stefan and JJ will be sharing a selection of 8 wines from their Santa Barbara County portfolio during the evening, including a variety of delightful red, white and Rosé wines. These will feature a number of grape varietals including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Grenache, and Syrah.

This delicious array of wines will be perfectly paired with a catered 5-course gourmet dinner.

Our in-house “Somm,” Brian Ruttencutter, will be acting as master of ceremonies for this delightful evening.
